JSC “ZONT” has a great experience in general maintenance and retrofitting of the oxy-fuel and СNС plasma cutting machines, which were manufactured by different Co and countries, among them : <Omnimat> , <Telerex>, <Dnepr> , <Кometa> , <Kristal> , <Granat>.
We succeeded in increasing speed and precision of positioning, improved quality of cutting, made a reliable and easy-to-use CNC, and got rid of tapes and photocopying systems on the modernized machines. The technical level of retrofitted machines has almost no difference from new machines.
Guides and rails, which determine the machine accuracy, are modified or replaced during the process of retrofitting. Deformations and distortions of metalworks are also repaired.
All machine magnetics is totally replaced: electrical cabinet, power-supply units, boards, bundles, NC control block. Following modern systems are installed: electric drives of leading foreign producers, height sensing control between the torch and the sheet.
All hoses, connecting parts, valve bases, automatic ignition, torches are entirely replaced. During the retrofitting, the machine with gas-oxygen devices can be remodelled into CNC plasma cutting machine, or into the machine with combined plasma-oxygen devices.
During the implementation of the retrofitted machine we provide for the training of specialists for the Customer: training of the operators, servicemen, programmers. Special advanced training course is also possible in JSC “ZONT”.
Service life of the retrofitted machines is prolonged for at least 5 – 7 years.
