JSC “ZONT” is constantly working upon the Customers’ needs analysis. The company possesses it’s own production capacity which provides for all the machine production cycle from the castings and up to circuit modules. There is also a big group of experienced designers who give the Customers an opportunity to order the custom-made machine, equipped with various machining attachments.

Тhus, for instance, apart from standard plasma or oxy-fuel cutting equipment, it is also possible to install:

• welding tip for overlaying or welding in the shielding gas or with flux,
• drill head for coordinate drilling of small holes while cutting
• device for marking of the details with mark-synthesizing modules
• plasma marking device for further machining operations, or percussive marker

Our Customers can prepare the technical inquiry, based on which the machine will be designed with all the necessary devices and consumers’ functions.
